senior officers, directors, and an objective facilitator.) Bob has
led over 657 community bank planning retreats and will gain the participation
of each member of the planning team.

with over 25 years bank management experience, and over 251 bank
clients in 47 states. Bob has also served on the faculty of several
graduate banking schools.

We teach Strategic Planning and Board/Management Effectiveness in
the Community Bankers Director College.
- We will help you select the meeting site, plan the meals and breakout
sessions, set up meeting rooms and audio visual for optimum comfort
of the planning team.
- We provide a written outline of the work that was done in the
planning session. You will have your Mission Statement, a list of
strengths, weaknesses and opportunities, Capital and Growth projections,
and Action Plan formats; all done with input from the entire planning
team.
- You are entitled to one year of free telephone support to assist
in the implementation of your plan.
At your request, for an additional investment, we offer quarterly
progress evaluations, and an annual update of your plan.
